From idea to the product
The engineering process of our technical department 1000 Miglia is made up of meticulous steps and checks to turn an idea into an alloy wheel 1000 Miglia.
Once the new style is created in 3D modeling, high quality shading and photomontages are created to get a realistic idea of the final result.. FEM digital stress tests are then carried out to check the necessary resistances and max loads. Then the 2D drawings of the molds are made and an application list is built based on the caliper clearance of the selected cars.
When the molds are ready, each sample is measured in all its parts and X-rayed. Impact tests are then carried out, cornering and rim rolling. Finally, the wheels are subjected to numerous cass test cycles to check the resistance of the paint to the most extreme external factors.
